Diagnose & treat infections & minor injuries

Lab & diagnostic tests are performed & interpreted
Well-Woman care for women of all ages, including pap smears & family planning
Well-Child physicals for Medicaid & screening purposes
Welcome to Medicare physical evaluations
Sports/School clearance exams
DOT physicals & drug screens
Immunizations
Education & counseling (medication/disease management)

Behavioral Health Services

Psychosocial and other assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS screener)
Individual therapy
Family therapy
Group therapy (Will be available in the Fall/Winter 2025)
